The Grover Museum’s recent fashion show and luncheon was a huge success, with over 70 guests, some who even took the time to fly in, in attendance.
These events’ success are so important to our organization, as the support we receive during them allows us to continue offering interesting, informative, and historically focused events and exhibitions, as well as preserving the artifacts that have been generously donated to us. For that, we thank everyone who decided to take time out of their day and spend it with us. We enjoyed hearing the stories from those who shared, and we hope you enjoyed the stories and information we were able to share with you.
In addition to those who attended, we want to express our gratitude to the event sponsors, which include Blue River Community Foundation, Cossairt Florist/ Greenhouse, Elegant L, Freeman Family Funeral Home, Betty Ardery, Shelbyville Central High School, Shelby County Purdue Extension Office, Bill and Diana Pandak, Michael and Sally Vaught, Dr. James and Susan Peters, Gretchen Turner, Gloria Halber, Scott Newkirk, Doug and Nancy Seeman, Jill Evans, Emily Campbell, Becky Bishopp, Joy Anspaugh, and Amy and Al Berthouex. Without your support, this exhibit and event simply could not have happened.
For those who have not had the chance to visit the exhibit, stop by and check it out! It runs until June 2nd. We hope to see you soon!
